I am the founder of The ODD Company and prior to that I was the founder and CEO of Graphite HRM Ltd. I am also a published author, Visiting Research Fellow, Nottingham Business School. I have 30 years’ experience in international markets, working with major brands, leading strategic culture change programmes, with a particular focus on teams and team effectiveness. I am one of the few world’s leading experts on teams and I want to ensure that all our clients can maximise the benefits of TDP within their organisations.
I am a leadership and team development expert, supporting leading Blue Chips in Ireland and Europe over a 30-year career spanning the technology, financial services and professional services sectors. I have been working on the development of TDP since its creation and first release in 2004. My team and I manage the tool’s content including the comprehensive online resource centre. We support the delivery of our online TDP training solution, ensuring that our customers have all they need to successfully implement TDP throughout their organisations.
I am an expert in Microsoft SQL, SAP Crystal Reports, Microsoft ASP.NET, Microsoft Windows Server and PERL development, I am also a certified MSCE and ASP.NET application developer. My team and I strive to deliver a robust and intuitive cloud-based product. Our aim is to improve user experience by ensuring reliability, data security and by enhancing user-friendliness.
